Passenger Information

Watson Executive Car Hire will require exact destination of journey, and number of passengers when booking. Additional requirements should be identified on the booking confirmation. If you wish to make changes to your booking after we have issued a booking confirmation, we will do our best to help you (late changes to bookings should be requested no less than 24 hours prior to the journey). We will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes, but can make no guarantees.

Operating Hours

Available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Booking for bank holidays will require 5 days notice. All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

Fixed Rate Period of Hire

Fixed rate hire shall commence from the moment the vehicle leaves the office until the vehicle returns to the office on the completion of the booking.

Special Rate Hire

Half day rates commence from time the vehicle leaves the office and shall end on the return of the vehicle to the office. A fee of £30 per hour, or part of, will be charged in the event of the hire period over-running.
Full day rates apply to hire in excess of 6 hours up to a maximum of 10 hours (over-running fees will apply, see above) Other durations of hire, in excess of 10 hours, can be agreed on an individual basis.

Insurance

Watson Executive Car Hire offers full comprehensive chauffeur hire cover, to all passengers whilst using their services. We strongly recommend our clients take out their own travel insurance, in the event of a force majeure occurring.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any loss or delay, caused as a result of the following: strike action, industrial disputes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or the threat of war, terrorism, fire, flood, technical /weather problems with airlines or ferry operators, weather conditions or any other event beyond our control.

Watson Executive Car Hire does not accept responsibility for injury, sickness or death of passengers, except where such death, injury or sickness is caused by an employee of Waverley Chauffeur Services.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash (in person) or by cheque, payable to Watson Executive Car Hire . We accept all major Debit / Credit cards with a charge of 6% being added to the final total. We require a £50 deposit for all wedding car bookings with the balance due in full 1 month before the wedding date. Continued....
